Used by the Castagnola brothers, the Eggbutt Gag Bomber Blue Swivel bit is a high-goal bit. The Eggbutt shape will prevent pinching of the lips and encourages flexion. The fixed cheek of the Eggbutt Gag Bomber Blue Swivel bit will create more leverage on the mouthpiece whilst at the same time introducing more poll pressure.

The Bomber Blue is our first choice for starting any young horse, it is easily accepted, it gives tongue relief, it’s light, non-metal and encourages salivation. The mouthpiece of the Eggbutt Gag Bomber Blue Swivel Bit produces amazing results for the majority of horses. The mouthpiece is ported to give tongue relief. The nylon composite material is light in the mouth and encourages salivation. It is particularly well suited to horses that do not like metal mouthpieces.

The Eggbutt Gag Bomber Blue Swivel Bit is not recommended for horses that chew the bit, as the Bomber Blue material can be damaged by chewing.
