Academic Curb Bomber Bit

The Academic Curb is a cheek piece made for a specific type of training. The cheek piece will create poll pressure, leverage on the mouth piece and curb to pressure through the curb chain. Pressure will be brought in very quickly and released slowly. 

This cheekpiece works best for the well-trained horse and rider who has good hands.

This is a very strong bit.

It is rated 11, with equal pressure on the poll, cheeks and tongue. The sweet blue iron mouthpiece will oxidise to a brown colour over time, as it encourages salivation and acceptance of the bit.

Pre-ordered bit may take about 6 weeks to arrive, as they are custom made by hand in South Africa.
